DispoStack is the consumer-facing brand of OffMarketOS — an AI operating system that replaces the 4–6 disconnected tools most wholesalers and acquisition teams currently juggle. We believe that if you give serious operators the right infrastructure, they close more deals, build better businesses, and create more housing liquidity for sellers who need it.
The problem we're solving
The average serious wholesaler or acquisition team is running a fragmented stack: one tool for their website, another for their CRM, another for follow-up sequences, a spreadsheet for dispositions, Docusign for contracts, and a manually updated buyer list in their email.
This costs them time, money, and deals. Data lives in silos. Nothing talks to anything else. And none of it is built specifically for off-market real estate — it's all repurposed from SaaS tools designed for other industries.

Where we're headed
Phase 0 is the marketing site and waitlist you're reading right now. Phase 1 launches the core platform: website builder, SEO engine, CRM, and lead capture. Phases 2 through 4 layer in AI acquisition, buyer portal, transaction management, automations, and the live marketplace.
Long term, we see DispoStack becoming the infrastructure layer for off-market real estate — the platform that serious operators build their businesses on top of, the same way e-commerce operators rely on Shopify.
