Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Account and profile information — name, email, phone, company, market, and similar details you provide when you sign up or update your account.
• Billing information — your subscription, plan, and payment records. Card and bank details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers.
• Content and uploads — websites, copy, contacts, leads, lists, and other content you create or import, which may include personal information about your own customers and contacts.
• Communications — messages you send through the Service, and the contents of support requests, demo requests, and other correspondence with us.

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, IP address, pages and features used, actions taken, timestamps, and referring pages. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).

When you use discovery, valuation, or skip-trace features, we retrieve property, ownership, and contact-related information from third-party data providers at your request and make it available to you in your account. This information originates with those providers and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your use of it is subject to the restrictions in our Terms of Service, including the prohibition on using it for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• process subscriptions, metered usage, prepaid balances, and payouts, and prevent fraud;
• respond to your requests and provide customer support;
• personalize, improve, and develop new features and content;
• send you transactional messages and, where permitted, product updates and marketing (which you can opt out of);
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Some features use AI to generate text, analyses, and suggestions from the inputs you provide. We process those inputs to produce output for you and to operate and secure the feature. We treat the content you submit to AI features as your data and do not use it to train publicly available, general-purpose AI models. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

When you upload, import, or collect information about your own leads, buyers, customers, or other contacts, you control that information and we process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You are responsible for providing any required notices to, and obtaining any required consents from, those individuals, and for handling their information lawfully — including consents required to contact them. If you are an individual whose information was provided to us by one of our customers, please contact that customer to exercise your rights; we will assist our customer as required.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

Mobile and text-messaging data is excluded from every category below: no mobile phone numbers, text-messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent information are ever shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate — for marketing or any other purpose.

• With service providers that perform functions on our behalf — for example, payment processing, cloud hosting and storage, email and message delivery, data enrichment, customer support, and analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• At your direction — for example, when you connect an integration, publish a site, send a message, or participate in an opt-in network.
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or us.
• In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide any opt-out the law requires.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 12; some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls that limit who can reach your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You can update much of your information in your account settings, opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and request to exercise other rights by contacting us at privacy@dispostack.com. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law.

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Service may link to third-party websites and lets our customers publish their own sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites or of sites published by our customers. Sites published by our customers are governed by those customers’ own privacy practices.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or a notice in the Service) and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
