Affiliate Program Terms

Effective date: July 14, 2026

These are the terms of the DispoStack affiliate program (the “Program”). They apply to anyone who joins the Program (“you” or an “affiliate”) and supplement, but do not replace, our general Terms of Service. This page is a plain-English summary of how the Program works — it is not legal advice, and joining the Program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and DispoStack.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to anyone. There is no minimum audience size, no application review, and no cost to join — you enroll from the affiliate dashboard and are auto-approved with your own referral code and link. We may decline or remove an affiliate at our discretion, including for violating these terms.

2. Commission rate and what it applies to

You earn a 40% recurring commission, for as long as the account you referred keeps paying, on the revenue from that account’s plan subscription (Launch, Solo, Team, or Scale). There is no cap and no limit on how long the commission runs.

The commission rate that applies to a given payment is the rate in effect on your account at the time that payment is recorded — if we change your rate going forward, it never changes commissions already recorded.

Not included: metered/usage-based overage charges, prepaid credit or wallet top-ups, one-time purchases, and add-on app subscriptions do not generate a commission under the Program today. We may add other revenue types to the Program in the future; this page will be updated first.

3. Attribution — your link and the 90-day window

Your referral link sets a cookie identifying you as the referrer for 90 days. If someone clicks your link and creates a new DispoStack account within that window, that account is attributed to you. Attribution is last-click: if the same person later clicks a different affiliate’s link before signing up, that later click is the one that gets credit.

Attribution only applies to genuinely new accounts created through your link — it does not apply retroactively to existing accounts.

4. Self-referrals and prohibited promotion

You may not refer yourself or any account you own or control — self-referrals are blocked when an account is created and are checked again, and voided if found, before every payout run.

You may not bid on “DispoStack” or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search or other paid advertising. You also may not send unsolicited spam, misrepresent DispoStack, make claims about the product that aren’t true, or promote your link in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Settling period and clawbacks

Each commission has a 30-day settling period after the referred payment is made, before it becomes eligible for payout. This window exists to cover the normal refund and dispute period.

If the underlying payment is refunded (a refund of 50% or more of the invoice is treated as a full refund for this purpose) or disputed with the card issuer, the associated commission is reversed: it is voided if it hasn’t been paid out yet, or deducted from a future payout (“clawed back”) if it already has. If a dispute is later resolved in our favor, the reversed commission is not restored.

6. Payouts

Payouts run monthly, on the 15th, and are sent by Stripe transfer directly to your own bank account through your connected Stripe account. Connecting a Stripe account (including the identity verification Stripe requires) is necessary to receive payouts.

We pay out your settled balance only when it is at least $50. If your settled balance is below $50 on payout day, it simply carries forward and is included in a future month once it reaches the minimum.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for the taxes on your affiliate earnings. Required tax reporting (such as Form 1099s, where applicable) is handled through Stripe based on the payouts made to your connected account.

8. Disclosure requirements

Wherever you share your affiliate link — on social media, in email, on a website, or anywhere else — you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with DispoStack, as required by FTC guidelines (for example, “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you sign up using this link”). Failure to disclose your relationship is a violation of these terms.

9. Program changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or change these terms (including the commission rate, payout schedule, minimum payout, or attribution window) at any time on a prospective basis, with reasonable notice where practical. Changes do not retroactively alter commissions already recorded at the rate then in effect. Continuing to participate in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove an affiliate for violating these terms, engaging in fraud or abuse, or for any activity that creates legal or reputational risk for DispoStack. Commissions already earned and settled in good faith at the time of suspension remain payable under the normal schedule, unless the suspension is for fraud, self-referral, or another violation directly related to those commissions.
