Activity log: see who changed what

When you work with a team, it helps to know who did what. Buyer and lead detail pages have an Activity panel that records changes as they happen — no setup needed.

What it shows

Each entry shows the teammate's name, what they did, and when. For example:

  • "Jane Smith — Updated the buyer's details"
  • "Mike Ross — Marked VIP"
  • "Jane Smith — Changed status from New to Contacted"
  • "Mike Ross — Ran a skip trace — 2 phones, 1 email found"
  • "Jane Smith — Deleted this lead" (and "Restored this lead" if it was undone)

The log is read-only — it's a permanent record, so nobody can quietly rewrite history. For privacy, it records what changed (like "2 phones added"), never the actual phone numbers or other sensitive details.

Where to find it

Open any buyer or lead, scroll to the Activity card near the bottom of the page. The newest change is at the top.

What's tracked today

Edits, status changes, assignments, deletes/restores, and skip traces on buyers and leads. More record types (deals, contacts, transactions) are on the way.
