Inviting your team
DispoStack is built for teams. Here's how to get everyone into your workspace — no signup dance required.
Who can invite people?
Only Owners and Admins (or a custom role with team-management permission) can invite team members.
How to invite
- 1Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
- 2Scroll down to the Team members section.
- 3Enter your teammate's email address and choose their role.
- 4Click Send invite.
Your teammate gets an email with a secure link. Opening it lets them create their login and join your workspace in one step — they do not need an existing account first.
What your teammate fills in when they join
On the join page a brand-new teammate enters their full name, an optional phone number, and a password — that's it. Adding their phone here means the team can reach them and calling & texting features work right away, but it's optional and they can add or change it anytime in their profile. Someone who already has a DispoStack login just clicks one button to join — no form. After joining, everyone can round out their profile (title, photo, timezone, email signature) from Your profile, and the dashboard gives a gentle reminder if their title or phone is still blank.
Managing a pending invite
Until someone accepts, their invite sits in the Pending invites list under Team members. From there you can:
- Resend — sends a fresh link (the old one stops working).
- Revoke — cancels the invite before it's accepted.
Invite links expire after 7 days; resend to give someone more time.
Roles explained

Removing a team member
Members can be removed from the Settings page (owners and admins only). The member will lose access immediately.
