Your dashboard at a glance
When you log in to DispoStack you land on the Dashboard — your command center for the whole business. Here is a quick tour of everything on the page.
Stat cards
Five cards across the top give you live counts for the things that matter most:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Leads | Total seller leads in your workspace |
| Active Deals | Deal rooms in Evaluating, Under Contract, Marketing, or Assigned status |
| Buyers | Active buyers on your list |
| Open Tasks | Tasks that are still open |
| Pipeline $ | Sum of assignment fees across all open transactions |
Click any card to jump to that section of the app.
This week
A three-column strip below the stat cards shows how busy your team has been since the start of the current week:
- New leads — with an arrow and percentage showing week-over-week change
- Tasks done — completed tasks from your team this week
- Offers sent — offer records created this week
Lead pipeline
A mini bar chart showing how many leads are sitting in each stage right now (New, Contacted, Qualified, Appointment, Offer, Contract, Closed). Small percentages between stages show how many leads converted from the stage above.
Needs attention
Flags things that may be falling through the cracks:
- Overdue tasks — open tasks whose due date has already passed
- Stale leads — active leads with no activity in 7+ days
- Stale transactions — deals sitting in the pipeline for 14+ days
When everything is on track this card shows a green "All clear" state.
