Sharing a deal publicly and collecting offers
The Dispo panel in each deal room lets you generate a shareable buyer-facing link for a property and collect inbound offers — no login required for buyers.
How it works
- 1Open the deal room for the property you want to share.
- 2In the Dispo panel (right column, below Offers), toggle Public listing to the on position.
- 3A share URL appears in the format
https://dispostack.com/deal/{share-id}. - 4Click Copy link to copy it to your clipboard.
- 5Click Preview to open it in a new tab and see what buyers will see.
What buyers see on the public page
The public deal page is clean and intentionally limited:
| Shown | Hidden |
|---|---|
| Address, city, state | Internal notes |
| Beds, baths, sqft, year built | Internal deal status (shown only as "Available" or "Under Contract") |
| ARV and repair estimate (labeled as estimates) | Other deal room details |
| Interest and offer form | Account internals |
The page includes a noindex robots meta tag — it is not indexed by search engines. It is designed for direct sharing only.
Disabling the link
Toggle Public listing off at any time. The URL will return a 404 immediately. No buyer data is deleted — existing submitted offers remain visible in your inbox.
Collecting offers
When a buyer submits the form on the public page:
- 1A new row appears in the Buyer offers tab of your Dispo panel.
- 2A "New buyer offer from {name}" system note is added to the deal room activity feed.
- 3The Dashboard "Needs attention" card shows the count of new unreviewed offers.
Managing offers
In the Buyer offers tab, each offer shows the buyer's name, contact info, optional offer amount, message, and submission age.
Use the status dropdown on each offer to move it through the lifecycle:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just arrived, not yet reviewed |
| Reviewed | You have read it and are considering |
| Accepted | You are moving forward with this buyer |
| Rejected | Not a fit for this deal |
Accepting or rejecting automatically logs a system note in the activity feed.
Rate limiting
The public form is rate-limited to 10 submissions per share link per minute to prevent spam.
