AI usage and billing

What is included in my plan?

Every DispoStack workspace includes $5.00 of AI usage per month at no extra charge. This covers a typical month of lead scoring, offer pitch drafting, and SEO content generation for most teams.

How is AI usage measured?

Each AI feature call (lead scoring, offer pitch, SEO content) is metered by the number of tokens processed. A token is roughly three to four characters of text. DispoStack tracks input tokens (your prompts and data) and output tokens (the AI's response) separately, because they are priced differently by the underlying provider.

What happens when I go over the $5 included amount?

Usage beyond your included allowance accrues as overage and is billed at the end of the month. The amount owed is shown in Settings under "AI usage and billing." You will see an amber notice when overage is accruing.

Is there a hard limit?

Yes. AI features are automatically paused once your monthly overage reaches $20. You will see a red notice in Settings. AI will resume automatically at the start of the next calendar month. Contact support if you need your limit raised.

Where can I see my usage?

Open Settings and scroll to "AI usage and billing." The meter shows dollars used versus your $5 included allowance, and a table breaks down calls and cost by feature.

What is the per-call rate?

A typical lead score costs under $0.001; an offer pitch costs under $0.005; an AI SEO page costs under $0.01. Rates include the platform's infrastructure and support margin.

Will I be invoiced automatically?

Overage billing via Stripe is coming soon. Until then, amounts owed are tracked in your account ledger and will be invoiced retroactively when the billing integration launches. No action is required from you now.
