Every email DispoStack sends
This article is a complete reference of every email the platform can send, grouped by who receives it.
Emails sent to your sellers (white-label)
These emails are sent as your company using your logo and brand color. Sellers see your brand, not DispoStack.
The sender name and replies
White-labeled emails now show your company name as the sender (for example "Vegas Home Buyers"), not "DispoStack", so a seller's inbox shows your brand. When a seller or buyer replies, the reply goes to your reply-to address.
By default that's the account owner's login email, so replies land in your inbox automatically. To send replies somewhere else (a shared team inbox, for example), set a Reply-to address in Settings → Email notifications. Leave it blank to keep using the owner's email.
The sending address itself stays on our secure, authenticated domain (this is what keeps your emails out of spam). Your company name is what sellers actually see, and replies route to you.
Lead auto-responder (lead_autoresponder)
When: Immediately after a seller submits your website form, funnel, or intake API — only if they provided an email address.
What it says: Confirms receipt of their information, shows a situation-aware intro line (probate, foreclosure, and inherited leads get an empathetic variant), lists three "what happens next" steps (review within 24h → fair cash offer → you pick closing date), and shows your company phone as a call-to-action.
Deduplication: Sent once per lead. If the same lead ID already has a lead_autoresponder in the email log, a second send is skipped.
Footer: "You requested information from {your company}."
Default: On. Can be turned off at account level in Settings → Notifications.
Emails sent to your buyers (white-label)
These emails are sent as your company.
Buyer welcome (buyer_welcome)
When: After a buyer signs up via your VIP buyers funnel (step 1 completion).
What it says: Confirms they are on your VIP list, explains what to expect (deals emailed directly, clear numbers, submit interest from the email), and shows their buy-box summary (markets, property types, max budget) if they completed step 2.
Default: On.
Buyer offer receipt (buyer_offer_receipt)
When: After a buyer submits an offer on one of your public deal-share pages.
What it says: Confirms their offer amount (or expression of interest if no amount was given), shows the property address, and tells them the team will be in touch.
Default: On.
Buyer deal blast (buyer_blast)
When: Manually triggered by you from the deal room Blast tab.
What it says: A deal announcement with hero photo, deal terms table, notes snippet, and a CTA to the public share page.
Default: Off (manual action, not a background notification).
Emails sent to workspace owners (internal)
These use your account branding but are sent to your team, not your contacts.
New website lead (new_lead)
When: A seller lead comes in from your website, funnel, or intake API.
What it says: Lead name, property address, source, and a link to the lead detail page.
New buyer signup (new_buyer)
When: A buyer joins your VIP list via your website funnel.
What it says: Buyer name, email, phone, buy-box summary, and a link to /app/buyers.
New buyer offer (buyer_offer)
When: A buyer submits an offer on a public deal-share page.
What it says: Buyer name, offer amount, message, and a link to the deal room.
Transaction stage changed (transaction_stage)
When: A transaction moves to a new stage (e.g., Contract Signed → Closing Scheduled).
What it says: Property address, old stage → new stage, link to the transaction.
Default: Off (opt-in). Enable in Settings → Notifications.
Weekly summary (weekly_digest)
When: Every Monday at 3pm UTC, for accounts that have opted in.
What it says: Counts for the past week — new leads, new deal rooms, buyer offers received, blasts sent, and tasks completed. Link to analytics.
Default: Off (opt-in).
AI cap alerts (ai_cap_alert)
When: AI usage hits 80% of the cap (warning) or the cap is fully reached (paused).
Default: On.
Emails sent to individual team members
Task assigned (task_assigned)
When: A task is assigned to a team member.
Default: On (per-user toggle).
Daily task digest (task_digest)
When: Every day at 2pm UTC, for members who have opted in.
What it says: Up to 10 open tasks that are due today or overdue, with due dates and links. Tasks are filtered to ones assigned to you or unassigned.
Default: Off (opt-in per member in Settings → My notifications).
Always-on emails (cannot be disabled)
