Your profile: photo, timezone, signature, and password

Your profile holds your personal details and security settings — separate from your company's shared Settings page. Get there by clicking your name/photo at the bottom of the left sidebar.

Photo, name, title, and phone

Upload a photo (PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 1 MB) so teammates recognize you across tasks, deal activity, and the team roster. No photo? You'll show up as a colored circle with your initials instead — never a blank space.

Your full name, title (e.g. "Acquisitions Manager"), and phone show up alongside your photo wherever your activity appears.

Your email

Your sign-in email is shown for reference and can't be changed from this page. Contact support if you need it updated.

Your timezone

Set your personal timezone so times feel right to you. Today, reports and schedules still follow your company's timezone setting (in Settings) — your personal timezone is saved and will be used more broadly over time. If your browser's detected timezone doesn't match what's saved, you'll see a one-click banner to switch to it.

Email signature

Add a plain-text signature and it's automatically added to the bottom of emails you personally send to your leads from the inbox. It does not appear on automated emails your company sends (like autoresponders or notifications) — only on the ones you write and send yourself.

Notifications

Your personal notification preferences (which email alerts you personally receive) live here too — see the My notifications section on this page.

Changing your password

Under Security, enter your current password, then your new one twice, complete the short verification challenge, and save. For your protection, changing your password automatically signs you out on every other device — this one stays signed in.

Forgot your password?

Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email. If it matches an account, you'll get a secure link by email to set a new password. For security, that page always shows the same "check your inbox" message whether or not the email matches an account — this is normal and doesn't mean anything went wrong.

Signing out other devices

Use Sign out other devices any time you want to be sure no other browser or phone is still signed in as you — for example, after using a shared or public computer. This device stays signed in.
