Managing your subscription

Where do I manage my subscription?

Go to Billing in the left sidebar (or navigate to /app/billing). Only the account owner can manage billing.

How do I subscribe?

On the Billing page, choose Monthly or Annual, select your plan, and click Start [Plan]. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. After payment, you'll land back in the app with your subscription active.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Click Manage billing on the Billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can switch plans. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

How do I cancel?

Click Manage billing → Cancel subscription in the Stripe Portal. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I update my payment method?

Click Manage billing on the Billing page, then select Update payment method in the Stripe Portal.

What happens if a payment fails?

You'll receive a payment failed email and see a banner on the Billing page. Stripe will retry automatically. Click Update billing in the banner to fix your payment method before the retries are exhausted. If all retries fail, your account reverts to the Solo plan.

What are overage charges?

Each plan includes a fixed amount of AI usage ($5.00/mo) and lead analyses (Solo 25, Team 100, Scale 300 per month). Usage beyond these amounts is billed automatically at the end of the period:

  • AI usage overage: $0.01 per cent of retail cost
  • Lead analysis overage: $0.75 per analysis
