Answering calls with your AI receptionist

The AI Voice Receptionist answers your inbound calls as your company, has a natural conversation with the caller, qualifies motivated sellers, and drops a scored lead — with the recording and a full transcript — straight into your CRM. You never miss a call, even after hours.

It is a Marketplace app: turn it on once, and your business number starts answering.

What it costs

  • $29/mo for the app, which includes 120 talk minutes each month.
  • Extra minutes are billed per minute from a prepaid voice balance you top up. Your included minutes and current balance are shown on the Voice page.

Turning it on

  1. 1Go to Marketplace in the left sidebar and enable AI Voice Receptionist (owners and admins only).
  2. 2Open Voice from the sidebar — your business number starts taking calls right away.
  3. 3(Optional) Set a greeting and pick the voice your receptionist uses.

If you also use Texting, calls and texts share one business number, so sellers reach you the same way either way.

What happens on a call

When someone calls, the receptionist:

  1. 1Answers warmly as your company and asks how it can help.
  2. 2Runs a friendly qualification — property condition, the seller's situation and motivation, timeline, and price expectations.
  3. 3Saves a new lead with a motivation score, the full recording, and a written transcript.

The lead lands in Leads and in your Inbox conversation, so you can follow up right away.

Missed calls & text-back

If a call drops or nobody really connects, it's still saved as a missed call lead so it never disappears. On the Voice page you can turn on missed-call text-back: the caller then automatically gets a friendly text from your business number inviting them to reply. (This needs Texting turned on and your number approved.) We only tell you a caller was "texted back" when a text actually went out.

Getting notified & finding the transcript

You're notified every time a call comes in — answered or missed:

  • Email: the owner gets a branded email. For an answered call it includes the caller, a short summary, the motivation score, and a "Read the full transcript" link. For a missed call it tells you who called so you can follow up. Turn it on or off with the "Email me when a call comes in" toggle on the Voice page.

The recording and full transcript live in four places, so they're always one click away:

  • On the Voice page, under Recent Calls — click Listen to play the call and Show transcript to read it, without leaving the page.
  • On the lead's detail page, under Recent calls.
  • In the Inbox, right inside the call entry — play the recording and expand Show transcript.
  • On the contact's page (when the caller is saved as a contact), under recent activity.

Turning it off

Disable AI Voice Receptionist in the Marketplace the same way you enabled it. Your past calls, recordings, and transcripts stay on each lead.
