Making calls from your account
You can place calls to sellers, buyers, and any number right from your browser — no desk phone, no using up your cell minutes. Your calls show your business number as the caller ID, and every call is saved to your history.
This is part of the Voice app. It uses your microphone, so your browser will ask for permission the first time — choose Allow.
Two ways to call
From a person's record — click the Call button on a lead, contact, or buyer, or the phone icon at the top of an Inbox conversation. We dial that person and log the call to their timeline automatically.
Any number — click the phone icon in the top bar (next to Search) to open the dial pad. Type or tap a number and press Call. (US & Canada numbers for now.)
During a call
A small call window appears with a timer, a mute button, a keypad (for phone menus), and Hang up. It stays put while you move around the app, so you can look things up mid-call.
If you call a cold-sourced lead or a number that previously texted STOP, we'll show a quick reminder to confirm before dialing — a light guardrail, not a block.
Recordings & call history
Calls are recorded by default (the other party hears a short "this call may be recorded" notice). You can turn recording off on the Voice page.
Every call — inbound and outbound — appears under Recent Calls on the Voice page, marked with its direction, duration, and a Listen button once the recording is ready. Calls placed from a lead also show in that lead's Inbox conversation and Recent calls.
What it costs
Calling draws from your prepaid voice balance, with a monthly bucket of included calling minutes shown on the Voice page (separate from your receptionist's talk minutes). If your balance runs out, top it up on the Voice page.
Not seeing the phone icon?
Calling has to be enabled for your account and you need the Voice app installed. If the top-bar phone icon isn't there, open Voice from the sidebar (or ask your account owner to enable it).
