Drafting offer pitches with AI

The Offer Builder includes an AI pitch generator that writes a seller-facing explanation of your cash offer — plus three negotiation talking points for your team.

How to generate a pitch

1. 1Open any deal room and click Build offer.
2. 2Fill in the deal inputs (ARV, repair cost, assignment fee, holding costs, buyer margin).
3. 3In the right column, find the AI Offer Pitch section.
4. 4Click Draft pitch with AI.
5. 5Within a few seconds, you will see:

- A 3-paragraph seller pitch - 3 negotiation talking points (your internal use only)

1. 6Click Copy to copy everything to your clipboard, then paste into an email, text, or document.

What the AI writes

Seller pitch (3 paragraphs):

1. 1Empathetic acknowledgment of the seller's situation (uses their situation and motivation if the deal is linked to a lead)
2. 2Why the cash offer makes financial sense compared to listing with an agent (uses your actual offer numbers)
3. 3A clear, friendly next step to move forward

Negotiation talking points (3 bullet points): These are written for the wholesaler's internal use — not shown to the seller. They help you handle common objections and guide the conversation.

Copying and using the pitch

The Copy button copies the full pitch and all talking points to your clipboard as plain text. Paste it into:

• An email to the seller
• A text message
• Your CRM notes
• A PDF presentation

Regenerating

Click Regenerate at any time to get a new version. The previous pitch is replaced. Regenerating is useful after you adjust the offer numbers to get an updated explanation.

When AI is not available

The Draft pitch with AI button is disabled when AI is not configured. Contact your account administrator to enable it.
