Choosing your website template
Your DispoStack lead-gen website can be customized instantly with twelve different templates. Each template is a complete visual design — from colors to layouts to messaging tone — that instantly refreshes your site's look and feel while keeping all your leads, forms, and settings intact.
What are templates?
Templates are professional website designs built specifically for real estate investors. Each one is optimized for a different market positioning or aesthetic:
| Template | Best for | Look & feel |
|---|---|---|
| Trust | General motivated sellers | Clean, professional, proven classic |
| Local Hero | Community-first positioning | Warm, neighborly, big local imagery |
| Modern Dark | Paid ads + urgency-driven markets | Bold, high-contrast, premium feel |
| Minimal | Mobile-first, fast-loading sites | Near-squeeze simplicity, zero distraction |
| Authority | Higher-price markets | Editorial, stats-forward, credibility |
| We Buy Houses | Sign and mailer traffic | The bold classic — punchy and direct |
| Cash Buyer Site | Building your buyer list (dispo) | Homepage captures buyers, not sellers |
| Sunbelt | Warm-weather growth markets | Bright, sunny, optimistic |
| Heritage | Long-established positioning | Serif, stately, decades-in-business feel |
| Metro | Urban / city markets | Tight spacing, modern type, fast energy |
| Ranch | Land, acreage, small-town markets | Warm, rural, down-to-earth |
| Summit | Funds, teams, serious volume | Corporate slate professionalism |
What stays the same when you switch templates?
When you change templates, only the visual design changes. Your actual business configuration stays exactly the same:
- All your captured leads and their contact information
- Your funnel pages and forms
- Your SEO pages for each city and situation
- Your custom domain (if connected)
- Your email settings and notification preferences
Switching templates is instant and risk-free — your existing data and configuration are never touched.
How to switch templates
- 1Go to Website in the left sidebar.
- 2Look for the Template card showing previews of all 15 templates.
- 3Click on the template you want to try.
- 4Your site refreshes instantly with the new design.
You can switch templates as many times as you want — experiment and find the design that feels right for your business.
Understanding each template
Trust (Default)
Clean and professional — the proven classic for motivated-seller sites. Trust uses light backgrounds with calm, neutral copy. The split-screen hero layout with hero image conveys stability and expertise. Best for general motivated seller audiences in competitive markets where trust signals matter.
Best for: Wholesalers in tier-1 markets, general audiences, professional positioning.
Local Hero
Warm and neighborly — built around big local imagery that humanizes your business. The image-background hero style emphasizes place and community. Lighter, warmer color palette creates an approachable feel. Perfect for local, small-business positioning.
Best for: Team-based operations, local market leaders, community-focused messaging, family business positioning.
Modern Dark
Bold, high-contrast, urgency-forward — built for paid traffic. Dark backgrounds with bright accent colors create a premium, modern feel. Centered hero layout and energetic copy messaging emphasize speed and certainty. Sticky, always-visible calls-to-action keep the offer top-of-mind.
Best for: PPC campaigns, high-volume paid marketing, urgency-driven markets, modern audiences.
Minimal
Near-squeeze simplicity everywhere — fastest loads, zero distraction. Minimal white space, no trust badges or testimonials, just headline and form above the fold. The ideal foundation for paid ads, direct mail, or bandit sign traffic where simplicity converts best.
Best for: Direct mail, bandit signs, paid ads on tight budgets, mobile-first audiences, lean operations.
Authority
Editorial and stats-forward — credibility for higher-price markets. Includes a statistics/authority section highlighting your experience, large properties handled, and investor credentials. More detailed copy and educational positioning appeal to sophisticated, well-informed sellers.
Best for: High-price markets ($500k+), experienced investors, off-market positioning, educational approach.
The seven newer templates
These join the original five and work exactly the same way — pick one and your site refreshes instantly.
We Buy Houses
The bold classic — punchy, direct, urgency-forward copy with a centered hero. Built to convert the traffic that already knows the "we buy houses" promise: bandit signs, mailers, and door hangers.
Best for: Sign and direct-mail traffic, straightforward "we buy houses" branding.
Cash Buyer Site
The one template that works differently: it's dispo-first. Instead of capturing seller leads, the homepage form signs visitors up for your VIP buyers list — submissions land in your Buyers CRM, not your Leads CRM. The How-It-Works section (a seller-facing explainer) is hidden since it doesn't apply. Choose this when the site's job is building your buyer list; your seller funnels remain available on their own pages.
Best for: Dispo-focused operators, marketing deals to investors, building a cash-buyer database.
Sunbelt
Bright, sunny, and optimistic with big imagery — built for warm-weather growth markets where an upbeat, sunshine feel matches the market's energy.
Best for: Sun-belt and warm-weather growth markets, optimistic local branding.
Heritage
Serif headlines, stately spacing, an established editorial feel — the "decades in business" look, even if you launched last month.
Best for: Established positioning, older demographics, markets where longevity signals win.
Metro
Urban and fast — tight spacing, modern type, high-energy copy. Feels at home in dense city markets where speed and decisiveness sell.
Best for: City markets, fast-moving operations, modern urban audiences.
Ranch
Warm, rural, and down-to-earth with serif headlines and earthy tones — speaks the language of land, acreage, and small-town sellers.
Best for: Land and acreage deals, rural and small-town markets.
Summit
Corporate slate professionalism — polished, restrained, and serious. Reads like an institutional buyer rather than a solo operator.
Best for: Funds, teams, high-volume operations, institutional positioning.
What's new in the latest templates
Templates recently received a visual overhaul focused on imagery and mobile conversion:
- Image-led heroes — hero sections now feature large photography with color overlays, so your site leads with a real visual instead of a flat background.
- Mid-page photo CTA bands — a full-width image call-to-action section sits mid-page, giving visitors a second strong prompt to request their offer.
- Mobile sticky call bar — on phones, a fixed bar at the bottom of the screen shows a tap-to-call button and a "Get Cash Offer" shortcut at all times.
- Benefit icons — the benefits section uses clean icons tinted to your brand color.
- Your logo in the header and footer — upload a logo under Website → Branding and it replaces the text company name (see the Branding, logo, and tracking pixels article).
You don't need to do anything to get these — every template includes them automatically.
Personalizing any template
While you can't edit the template code directly, your brand color and site settings personalize every template:
- Your brand color (from Website → Settings) tints all buttons, headings, and accents across every template.
- Your company phone number appears in the header and footer.
- Your cities served are listed in the footer.
- Funnel copy automatically uses your primary market city in headlines (e.g. "Sell your Phoenix house fast").
Tips for choosing
- 1Start with Trust if you're unsure — it's the proven default and works across all markets.
- 2Try Modern Dark if you're running paid ads — it's purpose-built for PPC traffic with high-contrast urgency cues.
- 3Try Minimal if you're using direct mail or bandit signs — simplicity converts on those channels.
- 4Try Local Hero if you position as a local, community-focused operation.
- 5Try Authority if you serve higher-price markets or want to emphasize expertise and experience.
- 6Try We Buy Houses if most of your traffic comes from signs and mailers — it matches the promise they already saw.
- 7Match the market's feel — Sunbelt for warm-weather metros, Metro for dense city markets, Ranch for land and small towns, Heritage or Summit when an established or corporate look wins.
- 8Pick Cash Buyer Site only if buyers are the goal — its homepage builds your buyers list instead of capturing seller leads.
Don't overthink it — you can switch any time. What matters is that your site captures leads; the template is just the packaging. Test different designs and see which one your market responds to.
