Generating SEO pages for your market

SEO pages give your website keyword-rich content that helps motivated sellers in your market find you through search engines. DispoStack generates these pages from templates — no writing required.

What types of pages can you generate?

Situation pages

One page for each motivated-seller situation (Inherited, Probate, Foreclosure, Divorce, Vacant, Rental, Needs Repairs, Relocation, Other). Each page is optimized for searches like "sell inherited house fast Phoenix AZ" and includes:

• A keyword-rich headline and meta description
• An intro paragraph explaining your solution for that situation
• A "How It Works" section
• Situation-specific guidance copy
• A 3-question FAQ block
• An embedded lead form (mid-page and bottom)

City pages

One page per city in your Cities Served list, optimized for searches like "sell my house fast Phoenix AZ". Each page covers your general value proposition localized to that city.

How to generate pages

1. 1Go to Website in the left sidebar.
2. 2Make sure you have set your Primary Market City, State, and Cities Served in Site Settings.
3. 3Click Generate Situation Pages to create one page per situation.
4. 4Click Generate City Pages to create one page per city in your list.
5. 5DispoStack shows a confirmation with the count of pages created or updated.

Managing your pages

The SEO Pages table shows all your pages with their type, slug, and publish status.

• Published / Draft toggle — unpublish a page instantly without deleting it.
• View link — opens the live page in a new tab (only works when the site is enabled).
• Delete — permanently removes the page. You can regenerate it at any time.

Re-generating pages

You can click the generate buttons again at any time. Pages are upserted — existing pages are updated with fresh copy rather than duplicated. This is useful if you change your city or company name.

Each page is accessible at:

https://dispostack.com/s/your-slug/page-slug

For example:

• /s/phoenix-home-buyers/sell-my-house-fast-scottsdale

These URLs are also included in your site's sitemap at /s/your-slug/sitemap.xml for automatic search engine indexing.

Your pages link themselves automatically

You don't have to add any menus or links by hand. As soon as a page is published, it shows up in the right places on your site so both visitors and Google can find it:

• City pages appear in an "Areas We Serve" grid on your homepage and as links in your site footer.
• Situation pages appear in a "How We Help" section on your homepage.
• Every SEO page links to a handful of related pages at the bottom, so a visitor reading "sell inherited house" can jump straight to your foreclosure or probate page.

This matters: search engines rank pages higher when they're linked from other pages on the same site. A page that only exists in your sitemap — with no links pointing to it — is much harder to rank. Generating and publishing your pages is all it takes; the links build themselves.

Only see city links and no "How We Help" section? You've generated city pages but not situation pages yet. Click Generate Situation Pages and they'll appear automatically.

Tips for better rankings

• Add more cities — each city page targets a unique keyword cluster.
• Keep your phone number updated — it appears in meta descriptions and page copy.
• Publish all pages — unpublished pages are excluded from the sitemap and invisible to search engines.
• Link to your DispoStack URL from your social media profiles, Google Business Profile, and any other marketing channels.
• Tell Google your site exists — see "Getting found on Google (Search Console)" to verify your site and submit your sitemap. Bing, Yandex, and DuckDuckGo are handled automatically.
