Launching your lead-gen website

Launching your lead-gen website

DispoStack gives every account a ready-to-go conversion-focused website that captures motivated seller leads directly into your CRM. Here is how to get it live.

Step 1: Go to Website settings

Click Website in the left sidebar. This opens your site management panel.

Step 2: Fill in your site settings

Before you enable the site, fill in your details:

  • Company Phone — shown in the site header and footer so sellers can call you directly.
  • Brand Color — pick a hex color that matches your branding. It drives the accent color on buttons, headings, and highlights across the site.
  • Primary Market City — the city your business focuses on (e.g. "Phoenix"). Used in page headlines and SEO copy.
  • State — your state abbreviation (e.g. "AZ"). Used alongside the city in page copy.

Click Save Settings when done.

Step 3: Add your cities

Under Cities Served, type in each city you buy houses in and press Enter. These cities are used when generating city-specific SEO pages and shown in your site footer.

Step 4: Enable the site

Toggle the Site Status switch to Live. Your site is now publicly accessible at:

https://dispostack.com/s/your-slug

Your slug is shown next to the status toggle. Share this URL in your marketing materials, social media bio, and anywhere you want motivated sellers to find you.

What the site includes

Your live site automatically includes:

  • A hero section with your city name and a lead capture form
  • A "How It Works" section explaining your cash offer process
  • A benefits grid
  • A trust strip (no fabricated reviews — just factual claims)
  • An FAQ section
  • Your company phone number as a clickable tel: link
  • A footer with your cities served and company info
  • SEO pages for each situation and city you generate (see "Generating SEO pages for your market")

Disabling the site

Toggle the switch back to Offline at any time. The URL returns a 404 to visitors until you re-enable it.

Lead tracking

Every lead submitted through your site is automatically saved in your DispoStack Leads CRM with:

  • Source set to Website
  • The page slug where the form was submitted (in the lead's Additional data)
  • All contact and situation details the seller provided
