Getting help from the support team

Beyond this Help Center, you can reach the DispoStack support team directly.

The chat bubble

When it is enabled, a chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of the app and the DispoStack website. Click it, type your question, and the support team answers right there in the window, usually within a few seconds.

  • Your first message asks for your email so the team can follow up if needed.
  • The conversation is saved on your device, so you can close the window and pick

it back up later.

  • If a question needs a person, the team lets you know and follows up by email.

You can also reach us anytime at dispostack.com/contact. Send your question and you will get a confirmation email, then a reply from the support team.

What to include

To get the fastest, most accurate answer, mention:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened (any error message helps)
  • The page or feature involved

The more context you give, the quicker the team can help.
