Import and work your listing-agent leads
Listing agents are business contacts, not sellers — so they get their own home in DispoStack, completely separate from your seller leads. This keeps your seller prospecting clean: an agent will never show up in your seller list, your prospecting queue, or on a map.
Where agents live
Go to AI Team → Agents. This page is the one and only place your listing agents are stored and worked. It has its own upload, its own list, and its own status pipeline — nothing here mixes with your seller leads.
Import your agent list
- 1Open AI Team → Agents and choose Import.
- 2Upload your export (for example an MLS or PropWire list of listing agents).
- 3We map the columns for you — name, brokerage, phone, email, and their market —
and flag any duplicates so an agent is never added twice.
- 4Name the batch and confirm. Your agents land right there on the Agents
page, ready to work.
Every import is a named, reversible batch, so you can undo one if you uploaded the wrong file.

An agent is a relationship, not a property. Keeping agents on their own page means your seller numbers, scoring, and maps only ever reflect real sellers, while your agent network is worked with the right B2B tone. Importing listing agents through the seller lead import is no longer possible — bring them in here instead.
