Using the lead pipeline (kanban)
The kanban board gives you a visual overview of all your leads organized by pipeline stage.
Switching to kanban view
- 1Go to Leads in the left sidebar.
- 2Click the grid icon in the top-right of the leads toolbar (next to the list icon).
- 3Your preference is saved automatically — the next time you visit Leads it will open in the same view.
The 8 pipeline columns

| New | Fresh lead, not yet worked |
| Contacted | You've reached out |
| Qualified | Confirmed motivated seller |
| Appointment | Walkthrough or call scheduled |
| Offer | Offer submitted |
| Contract | Under contract |
| Closed | Deal closed successfully |
| Dead | Lead went cold |
Changing a lead's status from the kanban
Each card has a small status dropdown in the bottom-right corner. Change it there to move the lead to a different column without opening the detail page.
Filtering the kanban
Use the status, source, and search filters at the top of the page. These work the same in both table and kanban views and the filter state is reflected in the URL — so you can share a filtered view with a teammate.
Reading the cards
Each kanban card shows:
- Lead name (or "Unnamed lead" if no name is set)
- Property address beneath the name
- Source badge — where the lead came from
- Score chip — the 0–100 quality score, color-coded
- Age — how many days ago the lead was created
Click anywhere on the top half of the card to open the full lead detail.
