Viewing leads on the map
See where your leads are, geographically, right alongside your list.
Switching to Split or Map view
- 1Go to Leads in the left sidebar.
- 2In the toolbar's view switcher (top-right), click the split-screen icon to see your list and the map side by side, or the map icon to go full-map.
- 3Your choice is saved automatically, the same as table and kanban view.
Leads with a known address are plotted as pins. Nearby leads cluster together at a zoomed-out view — click a cluster to zoom in on it.
The property photo on hover
Hover (or tap, on touch) a pin and a small card pops up with the lead's name, address, and score — along with a small photo of the property, when one is available. Photos load only for pins you actually pause on; a quick sweep across the map doesn't trigger a flood of photo loads.
The photo on a lead's page
Open any lead and its detail page shows a larger version of the same property photo at the top, above the contact and situation details.
When you'll see a placeholder instead
Photos load automatically — there's nothing to configure. Two things can make a neutral gray box show instead of a real photo:
- No photo is available for that address.
- The platform hit its daily photo allowance. This is a shared, once-a-day limit across every account on the platform, not something tied to your account or one lead — once it's reached, everyone sees the placeholder until it resets after midnight. Your leads and their data are completely unaffected either way.
