Workspace timezone & address autocomplete

Workspace timezone & address autocomplete

Two quality-of-life features that keep your dates accurate and your data entry fast.

Setting your workspace timezone

Go to Settings → Timezone and pick your zone from the dropdown. When you created your workspace we auto-detected your timezone from your browser, so most teams never need to touch this — but if you set up your account while traveling, or your business moved, this is where you fix it.

Only owners and admins can change the timezone. It applies to the whole workspace, so your entire team sees the same dates.

What the timezone affects

  • Every date and time in the app — lead activity, deal timelines, task due dates, transaction stages, and analytics all display in your workspace's zone.
  • Overdue logic — a task due today doesn't turn overdue until midnight in your timezone. Without this, a task could show as overdue at 5 PM because some server clock had already rolled past midnight.
  • "Today" and week boundaries — dashboard counts like "new leads this week" start the week on your clock, not someone else's.
Tip: If you see a "Detected" hint under the dropdown, your browser's timezone differs from the workspace setting. Click Use detected to switch in one click.

Address autocomplete

Anywhere you enter a property address — the new lead form, your website funnels, buyer buy-box locations, and your website's market city — just start typing and pick the address from the dropdown. City, state, and zip fill in automatically.

A few things to know:

  • Suggestions appear after you type at least 3 characters.
  • Use the arrow keys and Enter to pick a suggestion, or just click one.
  • Suggestions are provided by Google, so accuracy matches what you'd see in Google Maps.
  • If suggestions ever don't appear, the field still works as a normal text box — type the address manually and keep moving.

This also works on your public seller funnels: when a seller starts typing their property address, the same autocomplete fills in their city, state, and zip — so even sellers who abandon the form partway leave you a lead with a usable property location.

Seller local time on lead pages

Open any lead and you'll see a small clock showing the seller's current local time, based on the property's state. It turns green between 9 AM and 7 PM in the seller's zone — a good window to call — and gray outside those hours.

So before you dial a lead in another state, glance at the badge: calling a California seller at 7 AM their time is a fast way to lose a deal.
