Your AI team: Maya, your automated lead manager
Sellers text at all hours — and speed-to-lead wins deals. Maya, your AI Lead Manager, is an automated teammate who answers inbound seller texts for you, gathers the details you'd ask for anyway, and hands the hot ones straight to you.
What Maya does
When a seller texts your business number, Maya replies in minutes — warm, conversational, one question at a time. She works out:
- why they're selling,
- their timeline,
- the property's condition,
- what they'd want for it, and
- whether anyone is living there now.
Everything she learns is saved to the lead, so when you open the conversation you're already caught up. The moment a seller looks motivated and ready, Maya stops and flags the lead for you — she qualifies, she never negotiates or closes. She also steps aside automatically when you jump into a conversation: your reply always takes over the thread.
Where she lives
Hire Maya from the Marketplace (the AI Lead Manager app). Once she's on your team, My AI Team appears in the sidebar — that's her home page, with her profile card, settings, and a feed of everything she's done recently: who she replied to, who she handed to you, and why a reply didn't go out.
Her settings
On My AI Team you can:
- Rename her — click her name and type a new one. Sellers see whatever name
you choose.
- Pause / resume — flip her status any time. Paused, she stays on your team
but stops answering.
- Quiet hours — set the window when she shouldn't text (nobody likes a
midnight reply). She picks the conversation back up when the seller texts again in the morning.
- Daily reply limit — cap how many texts she sends per day, per
conversation pace you're comfortable with.
What "Needs you" means
When Maya flags a hot seller, you'll see a Needs you chip on that conversation in your Inbox, and you'll get an email with what she learned and a link straight to the thread. Reply to the seller and the chip clears — the hand-off is done and the lead is yours.
Billing
Maya is a monthly rental from the Marketplace, like any other app on your account. Her texts go out on your business number and use your regular texting balance — there's no separate per-message fee for her. If your texting balance runs out, she pauses — you'll see why in her activity feed on the My AI Team page.
