Score and work your best leads first

Got a big pile of leads and not sure who to call? Enrich them and DispoStack scores every lead by how likely they are to sell — so you work the hottest first instead of guessing.

Enrich your leads

On the Leads page, select some leads (or use Enrich all). DispoStack looks up each property and its owner and adds:

  • an estimated value and equity (owners with lots of equity can actually do a deal),
  • whether the owner is absentee or out of state,
  • how long they've owned the home, and
  • any distress on record for that address (like a pre-foreclosure or tax-delinquent list you've imported).

It rolls all of that into a single Deal Score from 0–100 and a letter grade (A = hottest). Each lead also gets a short list of the reasons behind its score, so you know why to call before you dial.

Enriching uses your account credits for the property lookups (repeat lookups within a month are free). Scores refresh on their own as your lists change.

Filter and sort

Once leads are enriched, the Leads page gives you new filters: sort by top score, and narrow by minimum score, equity, distress type, or enriched vs. not. Save a filter combination as a Segment (like "High-equity pre-foreclosures") and reload it any time from the Segments menu.

Work the Prospecting Queue

Open Prospecting in the sidebar for a ready-to-work call list, grouped into Hot / Warm / Worth a look. Each lead shows its score, why it's worth a call, and a one-tap Call button. Missing a phone number? Hit Find number to look one up.

A note on texting cold leads

For leads you found or imported (not people who reached out to you), the queue steers you to call, not text — that keeps you on the right side of texting rules. If a number is flagged Do not call, DispoStack suppresses outreach to it automatically.

Get a daily heads-up

Turn on the Prospecting digest in Settings → Notifications to get a short morning email with your hottest leads for the day, so you always start with the best.
